Senior Friends Water Aerobics
|H2U (Health 2 You) Water Aerobics is a fun time to meet new people! Come and enjoy the benefits of the water, and to ease the movements of your whole body.|
|Water Aerobics is a great way to
get in your daily exercise. The water provides 12 times the resistance of
doing the same motion on land. The buoyancy even aids in gaining a
more enhanced range of motion. It is great for arthritis!
Class Times: Monday - Thursday at 11:15am to 12:00 noon.
